Price: 18,000 KRW (≈ $13.5 USD)
What I paid: 15,300 KRW (≈ $11.5 USD)

Packaging

The packaging has a sleek, golden metallic finish that looks luxurious, just like the famous Hourglass.

Like most melting balm products, it is not retractable, so just twist up only as much as you need.

Color

Tonymoly Get It Tint Glaze Balm has a bit of saturation, kind of between a slightly vivid red-wine shade and a brick tint. It's got some color, but it’s not super  bold or bright.

Texture & Application

It melts quickly when it touches the skin due to body temperature. The formula melts very easily.

Once applied on the lips, the color doesn’t look overly intense or saturated. The glossy finish makes it look plump and juicy. But the gloss doesn't last long. It lasted about 30mins to an hour.

The balm has a sweet candy scent, which I personally enjoy.

The texture is a bit sticky, but I like that kind of formula as it helps the hydration last longer on the lips.

The pigment doesn't go on evenly. As you can see from the photo, the pigments settle into my lip wrinkles. Even on the arm swatch, you can see the pigment doesn’t spread out evenly. Personally, I’m not a big fan of this type of formula.

It has a slight plumping effect, but it’s not too strong. I actually like this level of plumping.

Final Thoughts

I like this lip balm because it makes my complexion look brighter, but people who dislike sticky textures or uneven color pigments might not enjoy it as much.

* Pros: sleek case, flattering glow, complexion-brightening, mild plumping, sweet-candy scent
* Cons: not retractable, pigment can settle into lines, slightly sticky, moderate longevity
